Say 'NO' to TESCO in Stokes Croft - we demand meaningful consultation

I feel that Bristol City Council have made a planning decision [for a change of use to the ground floor of unit 140-142 Cheltenham Road] without adequately consulting those who will be immediately affected by the decision, within the local geographic catchment area of Stokes Croft / Montpelier / Cotham / Kingsdown.
This undemocratic decision has effectively disempowered the whole local community. I request that Bristol City Council rescind the planning decision to allow a full community consultation to take place.
