The Petitioner....Urges Bristol City Council to consider giving residents who drive smaller and less CO2 polluting cars priority and discounts when allocating permits over those with larger and more CO2 polluting cars.

Background information

Bristol City Council is proposing a residental parking scheme which is to cover a large part of the city and suburbs. City residents who are motorists should be encouraged to become more environmentaly friendly with their motoring habits by being given the chance to pay less in return for changeing their ways for the better of the city environment.
