The petitioner requests that Bristol City Council does not dispose of the former Lockleaze and Romney Avenue School sites, and the former Bonnington Walk Allotments site, until the Councils Balanced and Sustainable Communities Lockleaze Project Team has completed its Needs Survey and Masterplan for the area, and for planning briefs for the ultimate disposal of those sites to fully address the needs of Lockleaze.
